Lab Technician
Job description:
- Sampling, testing and reporting microbiology, physical-chemical and sensory tests from raw materials to finished products.
- Implement lab star system by following and applying procedures, work instruction, support document and record required by the system.
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory, production inline and offline equipment/ instrument to ensure that those can provide accurate and reliable results.
- Managing stock of chemicals, spare parts, consumable, and shelf life of chemical to ensure those are always ready for analysis.
- Auditing, testing, and reporting to evaluate the quality in the market and give recommendation for improvements.
- Monitoring the performance of satellite laboratories, training operators for the basic production analysis, monitoring the compliance of operators according to requirements of standard satellite laboratory.
- Reviewing the current analytical methods, and updating new methods, document and parameters.
- Implementing 5s, Kaizen, other TPM tools in Laboratory.
Job requirement:
- University graduated in Food Chemical/ Biotechnology.
- Knowledge of Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Food Chemical Industries.
- 1-2 years of experience in Laboratory for Food Manufacturing companies.
- Good analytical, communication, team spirit, and be careful.
- Ability fairly to speak and write the technical term of English.
- PC literacy (Word, Excel…).
