E&A Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Production Engineering Manager
• Ensures reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through pro-active (RCM) approach developing, updating and deploying the HACS into the EAM/CMMS as well as supporting the SPM program
• Initiates and drives maintenance processes to improve performance, reduce costs and optimise asset lifecycles. Steers and facilitates CI program based on TPM
• Owns the management of change & compliance process
• Lead the change to move to condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance

Knowledge and behaviours

• English proficiency: intermediate / advanced
• University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance
• Min 5 years FMCG site experience as Maintenance or Reliability Engineer
• MOC and MDM experience
• Experience in driving continuous improvement
• Proven experience in working on complex projects and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners
