Finance Business Partnering with Commercial and Cross-Functional Teams
- Act as a strategic partner to the DDT, Modern Off-Trade Team, D&T, Reporting, and PTP teams, providing financial insights and guidance to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead volume and revenue tracking, trade term optimization, working capital management DSO, ensuring financial pricing maintenance, cash collections and credit risk management, and deduction management.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to identify risks, opportunities, and commercial levers to enhance net revenue realization and cash collection.
- Provide financial inputs to monthly performance reviews and commercial planning cycles. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of OTC KPIs and financial dashboards.

Team Management and Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across OTC, Accounting, and Credit functions, ensuring clear roles, goals, and growth opportunities.
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Conduct regular coaching, capability assessments, and succession planning to strengthen bench strength across transactional finance.
- Lead team engagement and recognition initiatives aligned with organizational values and leadership expectations.

Accounting Policy, Global Compliance, Tax and Legal Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with internal accounting policies, global finance policies and SOPs, and external legal and regulatory requirements, including Vietnamese tax and financial reporting laws.
- Oversee statutory accounting, audit coordination, and regulatory filings.
- Act as a key support for internal and external audits, ensuring clean audit outcomes and timely issue resolution.
- Safeguard integrity as guardian of company assets. Support in risk assessments, legal contract reviews, and corporate governance adherence.

Financial Systems Enhancement, Automation, Risk Management & Process Improvement
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across OTC, accounting, and reconciliation processes through ERP systems, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with D&T and Global Process Owners to upgrade financial systems and improve user efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks within the OTC and accounting landscape.
- Lead initiatives to enhance resource allocation, transaction accuracy, and cross-functional process alignment.
- Establish strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure robust financial integrity.
