Business Intelligence Specialist

Support data driven decision making by representing complex combinations of data and analyses, designing and developing highly visual and informative dashboards and reports and making multi-dimensional data understandable and actionable.

Main responsibilities:

•Use Power BI to create graphical representations of complex statistical models or analyses

•Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable

•Work closely together with the machine learning engineers and data scientists to translate analytical model outputs into usable visualizations that add business value to models

•Combine data sets across multiple sources

•Interact with colleagues to successfully deliver analyses and analytic solutions

Critical experiences & competencies

•Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline

•Proven experience using Power BI

•Demonstrable experience in creating user stories in a Power BI reporting environment

•SQL proficiency

•Excellent communication skills

•Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders

•Experience with Agile ways of working

•Solid knowledge of data analysis and preparation techniques
