Brand Manager - BTL

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Tiger Brand Manager – BTL to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value/ brand power, awareness and market share. As an BM - BTL you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing BTL initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You will also be tasked with developing forecasting sales figures and assessing KPIs and ROI.

As the BM – BTL role, you need to have a good understanding of beer drinker consumer behavior & shopper behavior at channels/ point of sales, be up to date on market trends, creative trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also hand on conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market execution and reporting on brand BTL performance at sales channels.

Main responsibilities

  • Project management for design, visibility, packaging target consumer beer drinker.
  • Lead (planning & Executing) BTL campaign execution (promotion, redemption, events, activation, sponsorship)
  • PPA commercialization & deploy into the market.
  • Bridge between internal design team and BTL brand-team to turn brand brief into design and production.
  • Bridge between design team and trade marketing team to commercialize brand visibility, POSM, amenities, war-chest
  • Lead the local development for cross -branding, co-branding premium as full year or under campaign brief.
  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and worthiness at BTL touchpoints.
  • Increasing product sales and market share especially in stronghold.
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborating with different teams such as marketing CMI & Media, Trade & BTL agency, other commercial functions and supporting functions etc.
  • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials.
  • Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and company values.

Knowledge & Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Brand BTL scope/Trade Marketing, commercializing innovation/ renovation. Preferred FMCG experience profile
  • Project management for BTL, Promotion, Channels activities.
  • Clear communication skills (even in English, with commercial language)
  • Consumer beer drinker behavior understanding, street smart mind-set
  • Conducting research & data analytic skills
  • High ownership, flexibility while compliance with complex policies.
  • Luxury brand wearer or marketer, trade marketer.
  • Outstanding socializing & connecting skills and good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teamwork.
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and market & category understanding
