Analytics Product Manager

Main Responsibilities

- Works with business / end user to establish, maintain and refine product requirements and product backlog for Data & Analytics use cases

- Support advanced analytics team by providing clear inputs (e.g. analytics product requirements, backlog) to them from the business teams; works with analytics teams to confirm assumptions and ensure models and outputs will meet business requirements

Responsible for analytics products success in value creation and resource management
Owns the user experience, understands end user business value, to continuously improve and expand Analytics Products & prioritizes accordingly
Work closely with Digitalization and Tech team to implement the analytics products. Play the role as the translator between Business, Tech/Digital, Data

 

Critical Experiences & Skills

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science with relevant business experience

- Has a deep understanding of the business and the importance of creating value for the business and the customer, but also about technology & data landscape

- Proven experience in digitalization, product management or analytics role

- An entrepreneurial spirit with independent and creative thinking

- Ability to lead through collaboration (rather than authority)

 

 

Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision

 

Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams on complex technical issues
