Maintenance Planner (Ha Noi Brewery)

Job context:

  • Reports to the Planning Team Leader.
  • Works in the planning team together with the Spare Parts Coordinator and the Storekeeper.
  • Interfaces with the planned maintenance execution team and the spare parts store. 
  • Coordinates with procurement to get spare parts.
  • Most important stakeholder is planned maintenance execution team as internal customer.
  • For advanced the workload of the Maintenance Planner is reduced. Therefore can be the backup of the Planning Team Leader and/or the Maintenance Planner can be integrated into the PTL job profile.

 

Main responsibilities:

1. SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY

  • Plans/prepares and schedules Work order (Preventive maintenance job taks) in such a way they can safely be executed on time in full (OTIF).
  • Plans/prepares and schedules legal related maintenance tasks in such a way they can safely be executed OTIF.

2. QUALITY

  • Plans/prepares and schedules order WO’s (Preventive maintenance job taks) in such a way they can be executed in compliance to quality requirements.

3. WORK PROCESSES

  • Reviews tags (work requests) for quality and priority (gatekeeping)
  • Plans & prepares WO's (scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools).
  • Manages task lists
  • Requests materials in line with the inventory and supply work processes.
  • Manages tools for maintenance execution.
  • Schedules WO's (considering downtime, part- and services availability).
  • Conducts the Spare Part Coordinator activities and execution of the brewery in case of Brewery does not have a Spare Part Coordinator.

4. ORGANIZATION, INTERFACES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Reports to the Planning Team Leader (PTL) and is back-up PTL.
  • Coordinates and cooperates with the Spare Parts Coordinator & Storekeeper.
  • Aligns with the work requester (Tagging) during gatekeeping.
  • Aligns with the planned maintenance team leader.

5. TPM & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

  • Supports maintenance plans.
  • Supports budgeting of maintenance plans; helps ME to calculate the preventive maintenance budget (asset based).

6. INFORMATION & DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Ensures proper data registration and handling in the CMMS during work intake and planning & scheduling.
  • Responsible for planning & scheduling in such a way the overall predictability and reliability of planned maintenance is maximized, i.e. maximum KPI plan-efficiency.

 

Qualifications and Working experience:

  • Minimum 3-year experience in maintenance or operations.
  • Ability to effectively plan ahead.
  • Mastered all required skills, activities and experience for MP on foundation level.
  • Gatekeeping expert and proven track record in maximizing planned workflow of maintenance, i.e. effectively optimizing the plan-efficiency of maintenance (% of jobs completed OTIF/Total nr. Of jobs in maintenance).
  • Mastered all required skills, activities and experience for MP on foundation level.

  • Mastered all level IV work processes for planned maintenance.
  • Ability and/or working experience to effectively support and (if necessary) cover for PTL during his/her absence.
  • The ability to create and maintain a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors according to the applicable Statutory, Heineken and local regulations, policies and procedures.
  • The ability to train and support AM teams in achieving, sustaining and improving basic equipment condition.
  • The ability to prepare, execute, register, evaluate and improve planned maintenance activities.
  • The ability to restore malfunctioning equipment to operation and determine, analyze and systematically eliminate failure root cause(s).
  • The ability to maintain the spare parts stock and contribute to spare parts purchasing.
  • The ability to produce and report accurate and timely data and to effectively communicate to the relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate optimal decision-making.
