Key Accounts Supervisor (North)

Sales Operations Supervision (40%)

  • Supervise sales activities within the assigned area to ensure sales targets, sales indicators, EOE (main
    shelf/off shelf ratio, visibility, price communication), and inventory at sales points are met.
  • Coordinate with Planning and related departments (TMK, CS, etc.) to ensure clear implementation of
    consumer activities, promotional programs, and handle arising issues.
  • Monitor the progress of company activities and programs at the supermarket group in the responsible
    area.
  • Regularly compiled and promptly, accurately, and fully feedback information from the team about
    competitors, market conditions, and propose timely actions for the team to execute.
  • Actively seek and identify opportunities with a 'Strive to Win' spirit to enhance product competitiveness,
    develop market share/volume for products/brands.

Customer Management (30%)

  • Execute sales routes and customer visits as per regulations (distribution, delivery, pricing, display, and
    sales promotion plans).
  • Evaluate the level and ability to handle issues from customers.
  • Maintain relationships with customers (management, decision-makers) and build new customer
    relationships within the chain in the responsible area.
  • Proactively think, act beyond expectations, and objectively assess situations before making judgments,
    decisions, and keeping the customer at the center.

Team Management & Development (30%)

  • Manage and supervise the Merchandiser team to complete company-set targets.
  • Guide and manage the Merchandiser team to fully execute company activities and programs in the
    responsible area.
  • Ensure team members comply with company policies (including sales route discipline, iSTAR standards,
    and safety).
  • Actively communicate full content and policies to the team.
  • Motivate and guide the team through field coaching – coaching effectiveness.
