Brewing Technician- Hanoi Brewery

Main responsibilities:

  • Operating machines/equipment in brewing section
  • Monitoring parameters of ” First time right” process to maintain quality of beer.
  • Implementing quality checks to ensure product quality and process conditions in aligned with quality standards
  • Implementing basic maintenance tasks (valves, sensors) according to standards, procedures
  • Implementing the periodical cleaning in Brewing section to make sure maintaining the cleanliness of the incharged areas
  • Ensuring all activities in shift must be recorded and reported accurately and timely to supervisors and other operators of the next shift to follow
  • Executing and involving in TPM activities, improvement teams, 5S, Shop floor excellence
  • Participating in required trainings and other company activities

 

Job Requirement:

 

  • University graduated in Food Technology/ Chemistry/Electrical/Automation Engineering or relevant technical background, knowledge of brewing process
  • Reading and comprehension the Technical English terms
  • Being good in computer skill (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..)
  • Prefer candidate with 1-3 years of working experience in beer/beverage industry or production management roles in manufacturing companies.
  • Careful, hardworking, high disciplined awareness
  • Problem solving, Analysis and Training skills
  • Good Behavior and collaboration.

Job condition:

  • Working on 3 shifts (Morning shift: 6am - 2pm, evening shift: 2pm - 10pm, night shift: 10pm - 6am) with shift allowances
  • Employee shuttle bus service from Hanoi
