Digital Specialist

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Apply a project management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

Develop short term and long-term roadmap/implementation plan for digital projects with overview and detailed integration model, aligning with Digital Opco Roadmap and Direction.

Evaluate business cases related to cost & benefit at initial phase of the project; anticipate and manage risks, impacts and resistance involved.

Support the embedding of change into sustainable standing organization (linked to culture).

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Support design and definition of roles and responsibilities at brewery level.

Coordinate with project owners to define and measure success metrics and monitor project progress.

Manage project schedule & cash flow, track and report issues.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT/ MANAGEMENT

Define effective stakeholder engagement plan.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout transformation lifecycle.

Advise on and monitor senior stakeholder management (to secure Leadership engagement).

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in information technology, system management or other related fields

Experiences/skills

  • Experience and knowledge of digital project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Practical experience in project management or similar positions is a plus.
  • Knowledge about and at best experience with project management is a plus.
  • Experience supporting and working with Brewery Operation and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Skills set for team management such as meeting/ presenting skills, delegation, negotiation, etc.

Languages

  • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate
