People Business Partner - Sales Central
- Translates business and function strategies and challenges into people strategies to build high performance culture, develop sustainable capabilities, ensure the succession plan , conduct organizational design & development , drives employee engagement.
- Collaborates with other HR functions to ensure the quality of the People Function services and solutions by providing business and people insights, co-creating and co-delivering People solutions to Business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Contribute and execute people strategy/plan in line with current and future company requirements, Support the organizational short and long term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats.
- Drive flawless execution of HR Initiatives.
- Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
Organizational Design & Development (OD&D):
- Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the customer unit to drive superior performance.
- Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities.
- Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies. Shape the culture to align with Company goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes.
- Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
- Lead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the Management Development Cycle. Implement customer unit succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals.
- Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels.
Employee Engagement:
- Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
- Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Company values and Leadership Principles. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
HR People organizational Alignment:
- Be the gateway for the business into the HR People function to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR People model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
- Collaborate and provide business insight to CoE and People Services to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans.
- Provide objective and timely feedback to CoE and People Services on the quality of service to ensure the overall People HR services to the business unit meets or exceeded agreed standards.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner management role within a medium or large organization.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Ability to drive HR strategy and translate it into actionable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems, tools, and best practices.
- Flexibility to travel as assigned.
