Lab Technician

1. Job desciption

• Implementing lab-star-system by follow and apply procedures, work instruction, support document and record required by the system.
• Sampling, testing and reporting microbiology, physical chemistry and sensory tests.
• Maintaining and calibrating inline and offline equipment/instrument to provide accurate reading results.
• Doing QID, spot check, and warehouse audit (sampling, testing and reporting) to evaluate and give recommendations for Technologists, Controllers and Commercial Managers.
• Doing Star Lab audit to assure that the laboratory complies with relevant LSS requirements and HeiQ Standards and continuous improvement LSS system
• Doing QA and Hygiene audit at production side
• Participating in TPM activities in the laboratory including 5S
• Report issue to Line Manager. Proposal solution for solving problem and give preventive actions in responsive area.
• The other tast based on the assignment of Line Manager 

2. Job requirement           

• University graduate in Food processing/Chemistry/Bio-chemistry Technology
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of experience in Laboratory in Foreign Invested Manufacturing Companies.
• Good analytical skill, communication, teamwork, office computer skill.
• Conversant with spoken and written English (equal to TOEIC 650)
• Candidates living near the company (Phu My or Long Thanh town) is preferable.
