General Requirement
- Bachelor / Master Graduates from reputable universities with good grades (GPA min 7.0)
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year experience and not more than 24 years old
- Willing to travel
- To speak English in business fluency. (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent)
- To have proven leadership skills
- To have a genuine interest in other cultures
- To be able to demonstrate your drive and passion for winning

You will have chance to work in one of six Brewery, in Engineering or Packaging, maybe Brewing or Technology. Which one you will pick?
Supply Chain- Non Production
Background: SC Management, International Business
You can work in Customer Services & Logistics or Procurement
Selection Stages
Stage 1

Stage 2
Applicants that meet minimum criteria will be invited to have a virtual interview with the HVGP Team / a telephone interview (for candidates oversea and other provinces).
Stage 3
Successful applicants will then do online assessment.
Stage 4
Applicants that pass the online assessment will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre organized by the Company.
Stage 5
Applicants that are successful in the Assessment Centre will then be offered a position within the HEINEKEN VIETNAM Graduate Programme.
Selection Timeline
Application: Normally start in January
Interviews (Danang/ HCM/ online): In March
Assessment Center (HCM): In April
Offer & First Assignment: From April to June
