If you’re as excited about our future as we are, then we’d love to hear how you can help us shape it. Right now, we’re looking for a driven Strategic Project Manager to take on an opportunity and join our Supply Chain Support Capital Projects Team.

The Role
This truly dynamic role role sits within the Supply Chain Support team supporting our Supply Chain Operations across the UK.  Reporting directly into the UK Capital Projects Manager, this is a key role where you will be required to initiate, conceptualise, design, lead and safely deliver capital projects on our production sites within the HEINEKEN UK portfolio.  You’ll be developing projects from the very start right through to the execution in line with Heineken UK / Global project procedures and standards.

What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has qualifications at degree level in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience/HND.  Due to the nature of the projects you will be managing you will hold IPMA Level B Qualification (or working towards) or hold Project Management Institute PMP Qualification (PMP).  A project manager with extensive major project experience would flourish in this role, as you will be managing large strategic projects. Commercial experience with track record of accurate Capex Finance Management would also be preffered. A great part of this role is how many stakeholders you'll have, communication skills will be key to establish great working relationships both internally and externally.

This role is key for shaping the breweries future for the next 3-10 years. How will our future look with you onboard?

Please note our projects relate to our manufacturing lines and assets - so we need an engineering background. These are NOT Information Technology nor general change management projects.

What do we offer?
Along with your salary and flexible benefits (can be taken in cash or to buy additional benefits), we offer an award-winning double matched pension (up to 10% from HEINEKEN), a discretionary performance bonus, BUPA private health insurance, subsidised on-site canteen facilities, a case of our HEINEKEN products every month (can be accrued) plus a number of other perks included in your package.
