The Revenue Growth team develops and shapes the HEINEKEN commercial strategy across all our categories and sales channels, turning our long-term On-Trade strategies into practical commercial plans for execution.

About the role:

We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Revenue Margin Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximising profitability by analysing revenue streams, monitoring margins, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across commercial, finance, and sales functions.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data to influence business performance. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, drive efficiencies, and ensure that we continue to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse revenue, pricing, and margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial, sales, and finance teams to develop and monitor margin improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and dashboards to track revenue performance against targets.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support pricing and commercial decision-making.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with robust margin and revenue analysis.
  • Identify process improvements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics to inform business strategies.

About the person we’re looking for:

You’ll be naturally curious with a strong analytical mindset, able to spot patterns in complex data and turn them into actionable insights. With a commercial outlook, you enjoy working with numbers but also understand the bigger business picture, using your analysis to influence decisions and drive growth as well as proactively look for improvements. You’ll be confident building relationships across teams, challenging thinking where needed, and presenting your findings in a clear and engaging way.

Alongside this, you’ll bring strong technical and practical skills to support effective analysis and reporting:

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Exposure to SAP (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience working with CGA and market data, with the ability to interpret and present market insights.

Our Benefits

In addition to your base salary, you’ll also receive:

  • Annual bonus
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension contributions (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy/sell)
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
  • Exciting opportunities to develop your career

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
