Salary: £103,000 - £115,000 plus 15% benefits allowance (can be taken as cash), and futher benefits listed below

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team develops and shapes the HEINEKEN commercial strategy across all our categories and sales channels, turning our long-term Off-Trade strategies into practical commercial plans for execution.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Off Trade Commercial Strategy Director, the Revenue Growth Management Lead will define and drive our holistic net revenue strategy using insight, data and technology tools to identify successful approaches to maximise overall revenue and profit.

 

You’ll lead strategic planning and annual planning processes for RGM inputs whilst engaging and working with a range of key stakeholders across the business and region to drive net revenue and margin growth and deliver UK targets across the five levers of RGM (Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Promotions, Mix and Terms).

 

Some of the role’s responsibilities include:

  • Constructing winning plans for UK Off Trade whilst considering external factors impacting our plans. Set KPIs for implementation of plan and build customer selling rationale
  • Keeping the Off Trade commercial team on plan by partnering with the full commercial team and using business processes and forums to understand performance and course correct as needed
  • Working with learning and development colleagues to lead the capability of RGM in Off Trade
  • Delivery of the strategic and in year targets for RGM whilst helping to grow market share

About the person we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an effective senior leader and storyteller with the technical skills to match. You’ll bring your knowledge of strategy development into execution in the Revenue Growth field, as well as confidence and experience in change and transformation management, organisational capability and execution programs.

 

A few things you’ll have:

  • Senior Revenue Growth Management Experience ideally gained in a brand led FMCG
  • Building and coaching of passionate and energised teams behind a unified vision
  • Adapting and creating structures and business processes to integrate a consistent approach to Revenue Growth
  • A proven track record for turning strategy into execution
