Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 base depending on experience plus full list of benefits listed below

Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

About the role
As Key Customer Manager, you’ll deliver and execute the agreed Joint Business Plan, achieving the budgeted volume, revenue and FGP across a portfolio of key North East accounts.

You’ll own the commercial relationship with one of our most influential customer bases. You’ll set the strategic direction for your accounts and maximise product mix, brand distribution and NPI performance, always seeking opportunities for value share growth.

Reporting into the Customer Development Director, you’ll grow the visibility and availability of HEINEKEN UK brands, ensure compliance with trading agreements, and take full ownership of your P&L. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the North East On-Trade team to ensure a joined-up, customer-focused approach.

About the Candidate
