The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team develops and shapes the HEINEKEN commercial strategy across all our categories and sales channels, transforming our long-term On-Trade strategies into practical high-impact commercial plans.

About the role:
Reporting to the On Trade Head of Category & Revenue Management, the Head of Revenue Growth Management will define and drive our holistic net revenue strategy using insight, data and technology tools to identify successful approaches to maximise overall revenue and profit.

You’ll take ownership of our pricing and mix approach across all channels—analysing key value drivers, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong governance, disciplined pricing strategies, and capability building will be at the heart of your leadership, ensuring a long-term impact on the business.

The role is all about influence, you’ll work cross-functionally with Off Trade, Marketing, and senior stakeholders, aligning commercial activity with brand and category objectives to unlock incremental growth. You’ll also lead the On Trade Revenue Council, deliver the Annual RGM Plan, and collaborate through the Cross-Channel Forum to maintain pricing discipline.

Beyond HEINEKEN UK, you’ll connect with our wider Revenue Management Group (RMG) across the region, embedding best practices from our Global RMG playbooks and reporting directly into the UK Revenue Council

Some of the role’s responsibilities include:

  • Shaping Pricing Strategy – Develop and recommend pricing strategies for all HEINEKEN UK brands within the On Trade, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Leading Promotional Planning – Design and implement a high-impact promotional plan across all brands and channels, maximising effectiveness and ROI.
  • Owning Price Increases – Define the annual price increase process, working closely with commercial finance to recommend pricing adjustments by brand and SKU, ensuring Revenue per Hectolitre targets are met.
  • Driving Innovation – Partner with marketing to build compelling commercial cases for new product innovations and category expansions.
  • Maximizing ROI on Trade Spend – Improve the effectiveness of On Trade promotional and terms spend, increasing ROI and unlocking efficiencies for reinvestment.
  • Influencing Senior Stakeholders – Secure buy-in from senior commercial leaders on promotional plans with clear, quantified revenue and margin benefits.
  • Turning Strategy into Action – Drive execution through the Annual Plan, Sales & Operational Planning, and Commercial Forum cycles, ensuring strong governance and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Leading Thought Leadership – Bring fresh thinking to the UK business, leveraging Heineken Global expertise and external best practices to develop new revenue growth strategies.
  • Protecting Price Positioning – Monitor and manage pricing differentials across customers and markets, ensuring a consistent and sustainable approach.


About the person we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an effective senior leader and storyteller with the technical skills to match. You’ll bring your knowledge of strategy development into execution in the Revenue Growth field, as well as confidence and experience in change and transformation management, organisational capability and execution programs.

 

A few things you’ll have:

  • Senior Revenue Growth Management Experience ideally gained in a brand-led FMCG (On Trade experience would be nice to have but not essential)
  • Building and coaching of passionate and energised teams behind a unified vision
  • Continuous Improvement – Experience in designing and evolving structures, processes, and business models to embed a consistent approach to revenue growth.
  • Change Management – The ability to lead teams through transitions, implementing new systems, processes, or organisational shifts effectively.
  • Strong commercial experience – P&L leadership experience with a track record of turning strategy into execution and delivering against channel-level targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Strong relationship management skills to align and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
