What’s the role? 
Reporting directly to the Brewery Director, you’ll be responsible for championing and continuing to develop the ongoing implementation of our TPM (Total Productive Management) strategy into the Manchester site. This is a key role that involves coordinating, organising and supporting TPM implementation in line with TPM Strategic Plans, with the overall vision of achieving sustainable and continuous improvement. 
 
With your proven experience in leading and influencing change management initiatives, along with your strong communication, coaching and facilitating skills, you will become the Manchester TPM Champion, supporting, and driving site, national and global TPM strategies. You will be educating and involving colleagues as you identify problem areas and ensure these are brought to the attention of the relevant responsible parties. 
 
What are we looking for? 

We’re looking for a supportive and hands-on leader who is focused on improvement and can ensure that our goals and plans are aligned with the business’ overall strategy. On top of this, the ideal candidate may also have: 

 

  • Experience in delivering and driving continuous improvement/ Lean/TPM practices in a similar environment. 

  • Global HEINEKEN Auditor Status (Beneficial) 

  • Experience in change management and facilitation. 

  • A continuous improvement mindset 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
