At Manchester the Utilities, Beer Production and Packaging areas are controlled and monitored using both Rockwell & Siemens PLCs, and a range of different SCADA systems, comprising BrewMaxx by ProLeit, AVEVA InTouch, Rockwell FactoryTalk ViewSE & GE iFIX, plus a range of OEM specific HMIs mainly on PanelView Plus and WinCC Comfort panels.

The automation infrastructure is made up of a fully resilient managed network and the latest visualisation technologies to provide a robust and flexible environment.

The 150 plus PLCs range from early Allen Bradley SLC to the latest Rockwell ControlLogix processors on the BrewMaxx systems and S7-1200s on our newest Blade & BrewLock production line.

You’ll be compensated with a call-out payment as well should you be required beyond your contracted hours.
