Location: London office (Oxford Circus) with a healthy mix of home working

Salary: c£50k base depending on experience, plus monthly HEINEKEN brand allowance, Bupa and award-winning pension and benefits

We are now raising the bar by aiming for net zero emissions by 2030 for all of our production sites. We have also set a further ambitious goal to operate in a carbon neutral value chain by 2040. This means we will need to work closely with our suppliers, customers and business partners to reduce our impact in the areas of agriculture, packaging, distribution and cooling.  Why not come and help us?



The Role - Reporting into the Head of Consumer and Shopper Insight, the Consumer and Shopper Insight Manager will be involved with developing and embedding compelling consumer intelligence to shape the cider and beer strategy and brand assets.  As the ‘voice of the consumer’, you’ll collate knowledge from multiple sources to inform brand strategy and plans and deliver insightful quarterly brand equity updates.  Through analysing research and monitoring consumer trends (demographic, behavioural and attitudinal) you will build up specialist market knowledge which you will then effectively communicate back to stakeholders, whilst also recommending actions to appropriate individuals/groups – this will be key in allowing stakeholders to be well informed with their decision-making.  



Key responsibilities include; managing brand communication tracking, developing intelligence from social listening and ensuring Intelligence is driving the business by summarising and communicating it in a compelling & actionable way. You will be a key member of a small Consumer and Shopper Insight team, embedded in the Everyday, Premium Beers and Cider teams. You will manage complex environments with multiple stakeholders and put the consumer at the heart of decision making.



Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll be bringing complex data alive. A good understanding of research tools, techniques, methodologies and processes is essential, along with planning, data interpretation and reporting skills.
