Salary: £31,264 with a shift pay of £7,763 plus our amazing benefits!

Shift Pattern: 4-Week Rotating Shift with Long Off Blocks (including weekends)

What's the role?

This individual will report into the Shift Manager and will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment to deliver high-quality products in line with agreed standards. Additionally this person is expected to take ownership of plant performance, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the site’s goals across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Service. A strong focus is placed on maintaining a zero-accident culture, adhering to health, safety, and quality systems, and driving performance through teamwork, problem-solving, and the application of TPM methodology.

What we're looking for

We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area. This means working to high standards – encouraging others to keep those same standards, with an eye for detail to pick up on possibly quality challenges. You will work alongside very capable team members who will help you out initially, along with your shift manager, - and once you’re settled you will be expected to help drive continuous improvement within your area through our Total Productive Management programme (TPM), this is similar to LEAN theories

With solid qualifications in Maths and English, and a good understanding of IT systems, you will be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment with a desire to continue your learning – previous brewing or cider production experience would be an advantage but not essential.
