Location: Tadcaster or Edinburgh - South Gyle then City Centre from May 2025 (the role will require regular travel across the UK)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + performance bonus plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Efficiency Executive to join our team based in either Tadcaster or Edinburgh.
About the role
This is a pivotal role that provides assistance, understanding and guidance to our Front Line Sales (FLS) teams.
In this role, you’ll counsel and coordinate our sales colleagues by assisting the teams to achieve business targets. You’ll be an expert in efficiency, you’ll provide key insight and analysis and help our team maximise their time.
You’ll use data and analytics to understand operational performance and make operational efficiency recommendations to balance workload across the on-trade and route plan that improves efficiency and maximises value. You’ll help guide the teams to follow the correct process to carry out the task required that will enable them to provide the most effective sales service. You’ll take ownership of queries from our colleagues and see them through to resolution where possible.
This role is the backbone of the FLS team, helping them provide the best customer experience possible. You’ll be seen as an extension of the team, valued and reliable, often being asked to attend team meetings.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a customer service environment and will be comfortable working as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a sales organisation and providing influence and support.
If you have;
- A love for data analysis and working with large & complex data sets
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Experience in process management
- Familiar with route planning
- Skilled experience with Excel
- Quality sales support skills

Our ways of working
This role is office-based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.
For Edinburgh based candidates, in May we’ll be moving to a fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre.
The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram!
With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice for extracurricular activities. And if you fancy catching up after hours with your colleagues, our in-house bar with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle might just be the spot for you!
