  • Reviewing the Monthly Management Review and preparing the Business update.
  • Continuous improvement of our processes and reports including rationalisation of our reporting landscape.
  • Supporting the Annual Planning cycle.
  • Support of Activity Based Costing and competitor profit pool analysis, presentation and Power BI report development.
  • Support the reporting and monitoring of our cost saving initiatives, including the management of relevant communications.

This role suits someone analytically minded, able to maintain a robust control environment within a fast-moving area.

Just as important as the technical side, we need a people person! You’ll be engaging with a range of stakeholders both within finance and across the wider business, so having a solid track record of stakeholder management is preferable.

If you:

  • Can build solid relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Are eager to learn more about Strategic Control and its impact on the business.

This could be the role for you!

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.

Our ways of working
This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home.  For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.

In May we’ll be moving to a fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre.

The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram!
