As the nation’s leading pub, cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future.

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Channel & Digital Manager to join our Corporate Affairs Function!

The Role
We want to wow the world with engaging stories on our culture, purpose and values to help us stand out from the competition and attract the best people to our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management and ownership of our HEINEKEN corporate channels. This includes planning daily, weekly and monthly focuses around key launches, trends and sustainability and DE&I campaigns. These should be innovative, engaging and in line with our strategy and target audiences.

Reporting into the Head of Integrated Communications, you’ll use data to help us understand the impact of our traditional, digital and social communication on key audiences. Beyond metrics, the Channel & Digital Manager is responsible for replying to messages, effectively managing our communication and reputation with consumers on our channels.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.

  • Use data and insights to evolve and refine HEINEKEN UK’s owned channel strategy, identifying trends and ensuring campaigns have wide reach and engagement.
  • Establish strong relationships within the Corporate Affairs team and key departments around the business in order to curate innovative content.
  • Provide consistent communication and reporting to the team and other stakeholders to ensure clarity on content, performance and results.
  • Support the creation and implementation of our campaigns on social platforms, using data and insight to both guide the editorial and report on the outputs.

The Candidate
For this role, we’re looking for a motivated self-starter with a creative mind and passion for learning! Ideally, you’ll enjoy digital media and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.

If you have;

  • Previous experience in campaign management or a digital marketing role with a strong understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft creative stories for our channels.
  • Experience turning data into insightful information.

This could be the role for you!

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.

We’re currently gearing up for an exciting move! In 2025, we’ll be relocating from our current location at Broadway Park (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre.

The move to our new home at 6 St Andrew Square is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025, subject to detailed planning and relevant approvals. The site has great transport links and is just a five minute walk from Waverley station.

So stay tuned, and once you're onboard you'll have access to a SharePoint site with further details during the transition period to the new location.

Our Benefits
As part of the team, along with your salary, you’ll also receive;

  • An annual bonus
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days’ holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers! (low and no alcohol options available)
  • Comprehensive Opportunities to develop.

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
