We have two breweries – one in Manchester and one in Tadcaster – as well as a cidery in Hereford, a cider mill in Ledbury and hundreds of acres of nearby orchards. Our Brewery Operations colleagues produce our fantastic range of brands to the highest quality, innovating and creating new beers and ciders to delight our consumers.
Our Customer Service, Supply & Demand Planning and Logistics teams are the beating heart of our business, supporting our customers and keeping us moving forward.
Support Functions
Our Support Function teams play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our ambitions.
Digital and Technology (D&T) helps our colleagues get their hands on up-to-date technology to do their job more efficiently, while our Finance and Procurement functions provide the support for us to make strong commercial decisions. Our People Function focuses on recruiting the right colleagues for the job and developing our leaders. Corporate Affairs and Legal protect our reputation and our license to operate.

Our Star Pubs & Bars team helps keep pubs at the heart of our communities. We’re a passionate supporter of the great British pub and have invested tens of millions into our pubs to broaden their appeal. We seek innovative licensees and work together with them to create successful pubs which lie at the heart of their communities. Our Star Pubs & Bars business provides some great opportunities in the likes of Sales, Property and Administration.
