Security Manager

As part of its commitment security, Sonobra Groupe (part of heineken tunisia), a key player in the brewing industry recruite : Security manager 

2. Tasks :

• Development, implementation & management of security policies, directives, procedures and protocols. 
• Security advice & support regarding persons & housing (expatriates, management and other employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors) and company’s operations & activities (offices / warehouses / brewery / logistics etc).
• Hygiene and security: Observes and sees to the observation of hygiene and safety measures within the company:

1. Seeing to the use of uniforms and other relevant equipment at work;
2. Seeing to the mastery by the agents of the rules of hygiene and security;
3. Seeing to the storage of materials and to the workers’ good behavior in front of the machines;
4. Immediately contacting the medical unit in case of accident or any medical problem

• Gathering / dissemination of relevant security information, by establishing / maintaining good contact/liaison with (local) government, law enforcement authorities and third party security organization (e.g. security departments of other (multinational) companies).
• Security budget responsible.

- Courses in security and / or risk management.

- Fluent in French and Arabic (Basic English is required) 

3. Experiences

-Experience as a security manager / supervisor in a private (security) company,

-Is preferably a former member of National Guard, Police Force or military police

• Supervising in co-operation with the plant security responsible contracted (external) Security Provider / Company.
• Operational assistance & support in specific cases (e.g. visit VIPs).
• Reports to one of the MT members or in specific (sensitive) security issues direct access to General Manager.
• Regular & functional contact with one of the Global Security Advisors of Proseco B.V., Global Security Heineken N.V.
• Is overall Administrator of the Security environment who reports to the Management.
• Plans, directs, and ensures implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals and industrial establishments under his responsibility.
• Conducts surprise security drills to check the efficiency of all security measures.
• Organizes periodic training cadres to all security and administrative personnel dealing with the security of the establishment.

Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
