You will be responsible for the positioning, strategic and operational alignment and product development of our international brands. You will actively drive the development of the brands and implementation within the framework of an integrative business plan, including the corresponding sales orientation.
 

The main tasks of this position are as follows (hybrid):

 

  • Managing a global brand - responsible for the entire management and marketing of the respective brands and acting as the face of the brands internally and externally
  • Definition of brand vision, goals and strategies
  • Responsible for overall results such as market share, volume, revenue and profit targets, and consumer behavior
  • Preparation and implementation of marketing strategy and business plans
  • Responsible for communication, media campaign, price and packaging strategy as well as coordination with HEINEKEN Global
  • Planning of the marketing and media mix as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and communication initiatives in close cooperation with the media, creative and social media agencies.
  • Connect with cross-functional teams to support the creation of an integrated business plan that is supported by continuous performance analysis and regular brand reviews to implement the agreed brand plan and calendar of marketing activities in the marketplace.

 

To successfully fulfil this exciting task in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, you bring along the following prerequisites:

 

  • Successfully completed further education (university or technical college) in the field of business studies and/or marketing with corresponding specialization
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand and channel marketing in the FMCG sector essential
  • Creative, analytical and conceptionally strong personality coupled with excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • High customer & consumer understanding with experience in project management
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required, German skills both spoken and written a plus
