Warehouse Team Leader in Brewery Zaječar

Location: Zaječar

Contract type: Permanent, with probation period of 6 months

Here are the qualifications you need for the position:

• Minimum 4th degree of Economy or Technical Sciences is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational company in logistics/warehouse processes (preferably FMGC)
• Computer skills in a Windows environment (MS Office)
• English language (advanced level, written and verbal)
• Knowledge of SAP applications (preferred)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology – TPM, WCM, LEAN (preferred)
• Experience in teamwork
• Experience in people process management and leadership.

What should be your tasks?

• Manages the work of the warehouse /finished product/packaging/ POS materials, raw materials, and spare parts,
• Responsible for all logistics processes in the customs warehouse in the absence of a warehouse supervisor,
• Ensure all team members personnel development plans are in place and performance management cycle is followed,
• Directly responsible for the implementation and following of company standards, standards for HCCP, TPM, EHS and participates in employee training related to unspecified standards,
• Responsible for the implementation of all occupational safety and health measures and fire protection,
• Compliance with internal product safety regulations and indicates discrepancies,
• Follow and report warehousing KPIs daily in Daily Control System (DCS) meetings and communicate to team,
• Leading teams in using TPM methodology and tools.
