Material Requirement Planning Specialist

Location: Novi Sad

Contract type: Permanent, 6 months’ probation period

Here are the qualifications you need for the position:

• University degree of traffic, economy, management, technical sciences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain (preferably FMGC)
• Advanced computer skills in Windows environment (MS Office; Power BI preferred)
• English language (advanced level, written and verbal)
• Knowledge of SAP applications

• Experience in teamwork

What should be your task?

• Keep updated pack & raw material stock overview, together with short and long-term requirements plans
• Presents trade-offs clearly by incorporating cost and cash impact when deciding on optimal material orders
• Performs root cause analysis on KPI’s to facilitate understanding and deeper insight on MRP performance
• Close collaboration with procurement and marketing team within NPI process (innovations)
• Keeps track of variations vs. plan and acts proactively to minimize the impact on materials availability/costs and to maintain the level of losses under control
• Foresees critical situations by monitoring production plans and suppliers’ performance using the most up-to-date information, and makes visible the bottleneck and stock-out situations of pack and raw materials
• Generates alternative scenarios together with the Supply Chain Planning Manager/Supervisor to solve material shortage situations
• Ensures process improvements are captured in procedures and embedded in the organization
• Communicates with relevant stakeholders on the impact of last-minute changes
