Work location: Western Serbia
Here are the qualification you need for the position:
- University degree in Economy, Management or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years in field sales (On Trade) in FMCG industry
- Understanding of FMCG market
- Very good command of Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written
- Solid presentation and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of numbers, good planning and attention to details
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Driving license – B category, active driver with clear record.
What should be your task?
On Trade Universe activation
- Negotiations with key on trade partners / outletsFollowing market trends and capturing new opportunities
- Contract management
- Control of implementation of contracted terms in defined On Trade universe
- Setting standards for tailored outlet branding in line with channel / brand objectives; control of implementation
- Proposals for outlets branding and activation
- Coordination, preparation and controlling of promo activities
- Controlling and observing competition breweries activities
- Proposing commercial activities to secure healthy/profitable volume growth
POSM & Asset Utilization
- Organizing POSM distribution
- Assets – Contracts management (draught installation, parasols, coolers, furniture)
- Controlling placement of company assets in accordance with TM guidelines in ON trade
- Regional budget ownership and control
Cooperation with Heineken Partner
- Cooperation with sales force in order to deliver common executional targets
- Securing full compliance of right brand/pack/visibility/quality implementation per outlet
- Regular weekly meetings with Partner sales force
- Coaching of Partner On Trade beer sales force
- Regular market visits
- Building relationship with key stakeholders
