Here are the qualification you need for the position:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in area of planning modelling or similar in FMCG multinationals
• University degree (in field of Economics, Engineering, Organizational sciences, Management, Mathematics)
• Knowledge of English (fluent)
• Excellent analytical skills and modeling
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table is a must, VBA will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience in Access will be considered as an advantage, ability to learn is a must
• Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage, ability to learn is a must
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to convincingly present facts and figures
• Active driver – The role includes visiting market and the breweries in Zaječar and Novi Sad as per needed

 Purpose:

Supports efficient S&OP process by ensuring reliable demand forecast planning process

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

 DEMAND PLANNING   

• Generates and updates demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast (including NPI’s, promotions and events) in cooperation with Commercial department and other relevant stakeholders.
• Incorporates customer and consumer behavior in the demand plan.
• When needed challenge the Commercial plans and assumptions based on historic performance.

STATISTICAL FORECAST        

• Creates and improves statistical forecast based on available models including differentiations, causal relationships, baseline/uplift, main drivers and demand patterns, seasonality and trend changes.
• Develops statistical models to improve the planning accuracy.

SCENARIO ANALYSIS

• Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the demand plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs.

DEMAND PLANNING PROCESS

• Coordinates and monitors the demand planning processes, taking into account the interdependencies with supply planning and commercial activities. Segment the portfolio and apply the right forecasting strategy per demand segment.

TPM AND CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to demand planning processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives.

MONITORING FORECAST PERFORMANCE

• Monitors and analyses the demand planning KPI’s like forecast accuracy and bias. Drives improvement opportunities with the Commercial department.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

• Provides clear and accurate information on demand planning performance.

BUSINESS PARTNERING

• Build strong relationship with the Commercial department.
