Title: Accounting and Tax Process Lead

- Enable and Support E2E continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the shared service centre and OpCo functions by focusing on upstream processes performed locally and by working with other (local) functions
- Manage relationships with external local stakeholders, such as tax authorities (if not managed by Finance Director)
- Supervise the execution of physical transactional finance activities retained within the OpCo, like invoice handling.
- Manage of direct & indirect tax compliance in collaboration with the shared service centre and OpCo functions
- Execute retained tax activities
- Assist the Chief Senior Accountant in being the liaison between the OpCo and the shared service centre
- Be the people leader of the retained organisation
- Reports to: Financial Director

Team Leadership
- Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance or similar.
- Work experience: Experience in, process management and improvement, PMO, Business acumen (preferable FMCG), accounting literacy, experience with tax compliance processes and tax audits and exposure to different stakeholders from diverse functions. Experience in working in an international environment.
- Functional skills: Experience with Finance processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English and local language are required
