Your Mission:

 

Working as part of a cross-functional team, leads the organizational change resulting from strategic and cross functional projects, leading it end to end, from creating a change plan to implementation and monitoring, in alignment with both the impacted functional areas, as well as the Project Manager responsible for the project delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, anticipates and analyzes business needs, stakeholder groups and other projects’ overlaps, and defines the change scope and objectives, managing interdependencies impactful to a successful change;
  • Assesses the desired change and, in alignment with the business areas, translates the overall change goals into quantitative and qualitative metrics;
  • Maps out the stakeholder groups impacted by the change;
  • Creates a tailored change journey to each stakeholder group’s needs (incl. communication, change and training initiatives);
  • Manages, gathers and updates all change journeys to create an overall change plan, incl. budget and required resources, clarifying roles, team members’ involvement level and obtaining approval and acceptance of all involved, following HEINEKEN’s change management methodology;
  • Builds, maintains and develops a network of internal and external stakeholders and partners in both business and D&T, and represents the change component of the project within the organization;
  • Monitors the change metrics regularly and propose adjustments to the plan based on the achieved results vs. goals;
  • Actively manages stakeholders to provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative change plan developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses;
  • Coordinates, monitors and drives change activities; manages change risks and resources and takes corrective actions when necessary;
  • After the change plan delivery, archives the project documents and hands over the day to day/BAU of the processes and project to the functional area.

 

We want you to bring:

  • Degree and / Or Master’s in Management, Business Administration, Organizational / Social Sciences, or similar;
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Change Management, Consultancy or Project Management (Agile / Scrum principles).
  • Combines conceptual thinking with pragmatism and diplomacy.
  • Understands the full lifecycle of change and can demonstrate practical experience.
  • Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications (Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira).
  • Strategic & analytical thinking.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Portuguese (fluent).
  • English (fluent).
