Our trainee will work in the Secondary Logistics team, responsible for optimization, continuous improvement and service level for Novadis, our wholesaler business that sells and distributes our portfolio in HORECA channel.

To help ensure that our Secondary Logistics team efficiently meets our customers' dynamic demands through optimal stock management.

 

 

Who will you report to: Secondary Logistics Manager

 

Location: Camarate, Portugal

 

Duration: 12 Months of Professional Internship Contract 

 

Start date: August 2024

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records;
  • Monitor inventory levels and study demand so as to help forecasting, to avoid overstocking or stockouts;
  • Support periodic inventory audits and discrepancy analyses, implementing corrective actions as necessary;
  • Analyze inventory performance reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Communicate relevant processes so as to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies in the workplace;

 

 

We want you to bring:

Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Business Administration, information management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Controllership, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills; 

Advanced skills on Office tools

problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Portuguese (Fluent);

Good English Skills (Advanced);
