PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Digital Backbone (DBB) is one of the biggest business transformation programs in NBL’s history, connecting everyone, everywhere: changing how we work for the better, forever. We’re looking for awesome colleagues to join us in this mission.
The Lead: Change & Comms will lead, drive and coordinate all change management, transformation and communication activities relating to the program – supporting the Transition Manager and wider project team with the execution of these activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- An Honour's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree being advantageous
- 5- 8 years demonstrated experience in Change Management and Communication
- Solid experience of project management activities and able to match these to different communication opportunities
- MS Office proficient (MS Office systems)
- Experience in large scale business transformation, preferably concerning the introduction of technology, will be considered an added advantage
- Has a good working knowledge of NBL with a strong network which can be activated to help build a change community
- Ability to work in an international environment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Execute the DBB Change & Communication Management strategy and plans in the business, acknowledging all aspects of change analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.
- Work closely with the NBL Deployment Team and tailorize change and communication aspects for the business, as needed.
- Share concerns and risks of non-compliance of the determined plan.
- Measure change adoption throughout the implementation.
- Create, execute and review the Stakeholder Management plan.
- Build the relationship with the Management Team as main sponsor for the programme and support them in becoming visible change leaders.
- Plan and coordinate the training for key- and end users based on the guidance of the Global Training Team.
- Prepare the individual assessment based on the Role Impact Assessment.
- Create and execute, together with the People Function, the HR plan to prepare for the organisational change.
- Manages local communication moments to bring the right level of business understanding and interaction to ensure a successful project delivery.
- Team with Corporate Team and Employee Engagement Coordinator to implement the comms plan as part of broader corporate culture change agenda.
