NBL is on a journey to become the best-connected Brewer, and we are pleased to invite applications for the for 2026 Internship Programme. We are seeking high‑potential students who are passionate, driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience within our dynamic organisation.

 

 

Successful candidates will be based in Windhoek and placed in one of the following fields of study:

 

 

  1. Industrial Engineering
  2. Mechanical Engineering
  3. Food Science
  4. Supply Chain, Distribution & Logistics

 

 For potential roles in the following functions:

  • Packaging, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics & Planning & Quality

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Final Year Students in the above-mentioned fields of study
  • Updated CV with copy of ID
  • Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Letter from Institution
  • Proven track record of consistent outstanding academic achievements at an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum cumulative score of 70%
  • Namibian citizenship
  • Police Clearance Certificate not older than 3 months
