PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  

NBL is on a journey to become the best-connected Brewer and we’re looking for individuals with high potential, to join us for a period of at least twelve (12) months, to be based in Windhoek, within the following fields of study:

1. Bsc/BEng (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation)
2. BComm (Finance, Accounting)
3. BA/BSoc Sci/BCom (Organisational/Industrial Psychology)
4. BA/BBA/BCom (Marketing, Communication)
5. BCom/BSc (Supply Chain, Logistics)

 For potential roles in the following functions:

• Supply Chain, Finance & Procurement, Marketing, Sales & Human Resources 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Completed Bachelor’s qualification in the above-mentioned fields of study (must have graduated between 2023 – 2024)
• Proven track record of consistent outstanding academic achievements at an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum cumulative score of 70%
• Namibian citizenship
• Police Certificate of Conduct not older than 3 months (with no convictions)
• A valid driver’s license will be advantageous but not required
• Flexibility to travel locally at short notice
