NBL is on a journey to become the best-connected Brewer, and we are pleased to invite applications for the for 2026 Internship Programme. We are seeking high‑potential students who are passionate, driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience within our dynamic organisation.
Successful candidates will be based in Windhoek and placed in one of the following fields of study:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Science
- Supply Chain, Distribution & Logistics
For potential roles in the following functions:
- Packaging, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics & Planning & Quality
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final Year Students in the above-mentioned fields of study
- Updated CV with copy of ID
- Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Letter from Institution
- Proven track record of consistent outstanding academic achievements at an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum cumulative score of 70%
- Namibian citizenship
- Police Clearance Certificate not older than 3 months
