Ms. Holly Bostock was appointed the Managing Director of Heineken Saint Lucia in July 2023. She has been with the company for 13 years and previously was the Corporate Affairs Director in both Vietnam and in Myanmar, as well as the Global Communications Manager at the Global office in Amsterdam.
In her current role, Holly is responsible for overseeing both the domestic and export operations of Heineken Saint Lucia. Her passion lies in growing not only the commercial side of the business, but in building the company culture, personal development, and environmental and social sustainability.
She is British and has a Masters in History of Art & Spanish from the University of Edinburgh. She lives with her husband, dog and cat, and in her free time enjoys travelling, quiet moments in a café, and being on the beach.
Sebastian Mertens

Mr. Sebastian Mertens was appointed as Finance Manager on September 01st, 2025. He previously held the position of Strategic Business Controller Europe Region.
Sebastian started his career in Heineken nearly 10 years ago as a Finance Management Trainee and did several assignments within the Brewery in the Netherlands, Heineken South Africa and P&CI. After, he started as Retail Controller where he played a key role in profitability insights by implementing P&VA whilst simplifying reporting. He then moved to the role of OTC & PTP Manager for Heineken Netherlands. Together with the team he developed a clear strategy and realized a clear improvement in the team climate and business results. Between 2020 and 2022, Sebastian held the position of Business Control Manager Off-Trade in Heineken Netherlands. He contributed to stabilizing the business during Covid, built financial and RMG capabilities across the organization and helped to achieve an improved profitability whilst defending market shares.
During his role in the Europe Region, Sebastian lead the business performance and governance cycle within Europe whilst supporting the 6 largest OpCos. He helped build capabilities and led improvement initiatives which resulted in positive cash delivery. He also played a key role in elevating business performance management across the region.
In his role at Heineken Saint Lucia, Sebastian is responsible for partnering with the business to drive our EverGreen 2030 business strategy, delivering on the cost & value agenda, supporting the business to improve process efficiency and the Company in general to win in the market as a total beverage company. He also continues to build on the team’s capabilities and further develop a strong talent pipeline.

Mr. Ulric Joseph was appointed to the role of People Manager at HEINEKEN Saint Lucia Limited in June 2024. He joined the Company in 2016 in the role of Human Resources Officer Rewards and Benefits. In 2018, he was promoted to the role of HR Business Partner responsible for the Supply Chain function. In this capacity, he led the People and Organizational Development (POD) Pillar and played a vital role in advancing the Supply Chain people agenda. Ulric is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Public Administration- Human Resources and a BSc in Computer Information Systems.
Outside the office, Ulric loves to recharge by exploring the great outdoors. Whether on long hikes, enjoying the beach with family, or capturing the scenery through photography, he finds balance and inspiration beyond his professional achievements in nature.

Ms. Susanne was appointed as Supply Chain Manager in St Lucia in July 2025. Susanne started her journey at HEINEKEN in 2011. She began as a Brewing Specialist in Heineken GP&E, where she focused on CAPEX projects and built connections with colleagues globally.
In 2017, she transitioned to SP Brewery Ltd, Papua New Guinea, as OpCo Technological Manager, successfully filling the innovation pipeline with new products and establishing an End2End supply chain for local cassava sourcing. Then, in October 2020, Susanne moved to HEINEKEN Cambodia as Brewing Manager and OpCo Technological Control Manager, instrumental in setting up the organization for TPM Bronze.
Since August 2022, Susanne has been the Supply Chain Manager at Sierra Leone Brewery Ltd. In this role, she's spearheaded the transformation of supply chain and procurement by developing a fully local workforce. She also led a significant step-up in digitalization, successfully implementing Maximo, One2Improve, and S&OP Fit, all while delivering on cost and efficiency targets.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years in the brewing industry, Susanne started her brewing career on the shopfloor in Germany. Her first international assignment was in 2003 in the Caribbean, a region she looks forward to returning to.

Mr. Sylvester Henry joined Heineken Saint Lucia Ltd in 2008 as a Brand Manager and in September 2025, was appointed Marketing Manager. Over the years, he has built an impressive career of leadership and impact within the company, most recently serving as Senior Category Manager for the Alcohol Portfolio. In that role, he drove strategic initiatives to achieve both volume and net revenue growth through portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and innovation.
Since joining Heineken Saint Lucia, Sylvester has successfully managed several brands, including Guinness, Desperados, Strongbow, Amstel Bright, Piton, and Heineken. Beyond his local responsibilities, Sylvester has made significant regional contributions. As Project Lead for the VIBES Project, he facilitated the launch of RTDs across multiple Heineken Americas markets, including HUSA, Jamaica, and the Bahamas.
Sylvester holds a Master of Science in Business Management (Marketing & Sales) from the University of Edinburgh Napier and a bachelor’s degree in management studies (Upper Second-Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies. With strong expertise in digital marketing and events, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver long-term growth and sustainable value.
Prior to joining Heineken Saint Lucia, Sylvester served as Carib Beer Business Manager and as Project Officer with the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture, where he gained valuable experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.

Ms. Kendra was appointed as Sales Manager in September 2025 where she transitioned into the management Team.
Kendra started her Heineken Saint Lucia career in 2017 in the role of Modern Trade Manager with responsibility for our key accounts portfolio. In 2021, she undertook a developmental assignment in the role of Transformation Manager where she led the OpCo Evergreen transition while also supporting the implementation and embedding of key strategic OpCo projects such as B2B adoption and penetration, as well as BASE implementation. In her last role, she significantly contributed to the volume and value growth in the North and professionalized the DCN distribution operations. With her care & dare personality, she achieved all-time high climate survey results whilst delivering on her execution and digital transformation targets.
Prior to joining HEINEKEN Saint Lucia, Kendra served as the Head of Retail and Consumer Sales at Digicel in Barbados. Kendra is a holder of a BSc degree in Business Administration & Management and an MBA in Business Administration.
