Job Title: On Trade Graduate Sales Rep
Reports To: Regional Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time – Contract role -2 year fixed term
Job Location: Dublin and surrounding areas
Job Purpose:
Drive HEINEKEN’s On Trade Sales Portfolio. Achievement of volume, financial and quality targets in your territory through working in partnership with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver ambitious territory sales and resource plans that uncover key opportunities and turn insight into growth.

Build and lead trusted, value-adding partnerships with on-trade customers by acting as a consultant to their business.

Drive increased footfall and energy in the on-trade, bringing occasions to life and attracting more consumers into outlets.

Grow customers’ total business through strategic thinking, commercial excellence, and flawless execution.

Champion the growth of HEINEKEN Ireland’s priority categories and accelerate performance of our iconic brands.

Elevate outlet quality by implementing HEINEKEN Ireland quality standards in close collaboration with the local Quality team.

Bring channel activation plans to life by working hand-in-hand with the Trade Marketing team to deliver standout execution.

Respond swiftly and effectively to customer issues and service requests by collaborating with the relevant internal teams.

Evaluate HEINEKEN Ireland and competitor programmes, sharing clear insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

Build deep customer and market understanding by spending time in trade, including evenings, observing consumer behaviours, occasions, and trends.

Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and business priorities.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL
- A third level business qualification (University degree)
- Up to 2 years of Sales experience and knowledge is required
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent organisation and planning capability
- Business relationship, partnership building and a team player
- Expertise in point of purchase excellence, underpinned by a strong understanding of the market and consumer drivers and insights
- Strong IT skills and an awareness and interest in leveraging social media platforms
- Demonstrate a high level of learning agility
- On Trade experience desired but not essential
- Drivers Licence is required
