Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Duration: Contract (6 months initially)
Job Summary:
As a Supply Planner, you will strategically manage supplier and freight carrier relationships to ensure seamless supply chain operations and cost efficiency. You will lead the S&OP process from a supply perspective, driving alignment and collaboration across teams. Your role will involve handling product and packaging complaints, implementing continuous improvement initiatives using TPM methodologies, and overseeing KPI reporting. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Own the relationship with Finished Goods Suppliers both internal and External, taking responsibility for maintaining continuity of supply for all outsourced finished goods.

Drive service levels with strategic stakeholders to deliver optimum results for HIL by regularly reviewing performance against KPIs.

Ensure that stock holding, freshness, TPs, and MOQs are consistently maintained at optimal levels.

Manage international freight and take charge of relationship management with freight carriers ensuring HIL finds the optimum solution to meet requirements on each lane.

Take ownership of the Supply Review meeting and manage information flow effectively with SCLT Team members. Ensure that the S&OP process is streamlined and efficient.

Own the resolution of any product or packaging issues that arise. Liaise with suppliers, commercial teams, and other Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.

Maintain a consistent focus on cost management and lead efforts to achieve a leaner Supply Chain. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or product availability.

Drive continuous improvement with TPM methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency within the Supply Chain.

Take responsibility for calculating and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Planning Team. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.

Other tasks include PO management on SAP and Zycus and maintaining Cogs pricing file ensuring its accuracy at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles within the FMCG sector.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Strong analytical skills for understanding complex supply chain metrics and performing detailed inventory analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and managing supplier and freight carrier relationships.

Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies for driving continuous improvement and maintaining a focus on cost management.
