Reporting to: People Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
• To provide a comprehensive HR administrative service across all HR activities (hire to retire).
• To meet all legislative and policy requirements through the maintenance of HR systems and records.
• To provide recruitment administrative support as required.
• Drive an optimal employee experience through HR Education Sessions.
• Curating & leveraging Data Insights to better understand employee support queries and to identity knowledge gaps.
Main Responsibilities:
• To maintain data in MyHR (Success Factors) ensuring excellent data accuracy to support operational and strategic reporting.
• To provide ongoing support to colleagues to ensure their employee journey is fully supported throughout the employment life cycle.
• Host frequent new Employee Drop-In sessions to ensure Day 1 at HEINEKEN Ireland is a best-in-class onboarding experience.
• To provide data on all people related activities to include, but not limited to, leave types, employee entitlements, and processes.
• To provide administrative support for talent acquisition activities such as talent searching, talent screening, and talent onboarding.
• To manage the shared HR inbox, ensuring adherence to agreed SLA’s so as to provide a best-in-class service for our colleagues.
• To provide high-quality reports to the wider HR team in order to support strategic decision making.
• To provide administrative support to People Operations Manager on various People Operations Projects.
• To manage MyHR approval workflows ensuring approvals are up to date in line with internal SLA’s.
• To support the functions purchase orders, invoicing, and receipting of goods and services
• To provide administrative support to ad-hoc local and global projects.
• Employee Development Point of Contact (Administration of Insights, Hogan & Evergreen 360).
• Drive Process Improvements & Operational Efficiencies (Cycle to Work Program, Off Boarding Process, etc).
• Leading Employee & Manager Drop-In / Educational Sessions.
• Payroll Back-Up & Support.
• Clockwise System Superuser: Building out of People Operations Process & future process management.
Education and Experience:
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in HR or another appropriate business-related field
• Minimun1 year experience in Administration within HR in a multinational environment is essential
• Previous experience working with a Success Factors HRIS an advantage but not necessary
• Strong communicator with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Strong Microsoft Excel capability is essential
• Ability to multitask with a solid business acumen
• Knowledge of working with third party providers in order to effectively report on benefits
• Ability to liaise and advise on HR policy and procedure from an Irish legislative perspective
• A keen interest in HR Operations with the passion to deliver consistent high-level support to the business
