The Digital & Technology function has been created to help accelerate, mobilise and orchestrate Heineken’s journey to become the best-connected brewer by empowering our consumers, customers and employees with innovative digital solutions to digitize processes and accelerate data driven decision making. The function is made up of 3 core areas; 1) Technology focused on deploying a secure, standard & 'digital core' in line with global standards & systems, 2) Digital solutions transforming key processes to drive End2End efficiency & create new revenue streams through innovative digital solutions, and 3) Business Intelligence & Analytics creating data driven insights to grow our business through self-serve Power BI reports and advanced analytic methods to answer critical business questions.

Underpinning entire operation is our sophisticated GIS infrastructure. This ensures that we have the technologies needed to keep operations running as smoothly as possible.

We aim to stay ahead of technological developments and act as true IT business partners by building collaborative Affair ships throughout the organization.

As a member of GIS team, you will need more than just technical knowledge. We will expect you to get to grips with the commercial realities we face, enabling you to design, develop, implement and support the many different systems that are so vital in a competitive international market.
