Purpose of the job 

Ensures reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through pro-active (RCM) approach developing, updating and deploying the maintenance standards (at local level through updating EAM/CMMS, and at organizational level by updating benchmark maintenance plans) as well as supporting the SPM program. Initiates and drives maintenance processes to improve performance, reduce costs and optimize asset lifecycles.

Steers and facilitates CI program based on TPM. Owns the management of change & compliance process.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Works closely with local maintenance teams to ensure critical food/safety, legal and quality checks are embedded in maintenance plans

  • Supports identification & transfer Good Practices within the cluster breweries in order to support implementation of AM steps

  • Support the breweries with SSH Maintenance Planner to optimize long-term R&M costs

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement projects

  • Is the 3rd tier in the escalation process supporting the reactive analyses process

  • Manages partnering with suppliers on technical requirements

  • Drive breakdown reduction across OpCos by sharing best practices, processes, and KPI governance

  • Interfaces closely with all breweries Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners

  • Manages the process and standards for optimization of maintenance plans – both at local and at organizational level (benchmarking)

  • Supports both SSH Maintenance Planner and Brewery Planner in proper execution strategy for maintenance plans

 

Requirements

 

  • English language proficiency: good (ability to actively participate in professional meetings held in English)

  • Relevant technical education

  • Min 5 years experience in Maintenance (preferably in the fields of planning or engineering)

  • MOC and MDM experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously in high ambiguity situations
