About the Marketing Operations manager role:
 

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, productivity, and transformation within our marketing department. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and governance of best-in-class marketing processes, tools, and ways of working. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned annual plans and ensure the seamless execution of marketing-led projects. Your main tasks will be:

• Lead the cross-commerce Integrated Commercial Planning process, working with stakeholders to define and deliver annual brand, ABTL, and Innovation plan.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project and process management tools, and coordinate all marketing-led innovations and activation projects
• Develop and implement best practice marketing end-to-end processes, resolving process problems and identifying opportunities for efficiency
• Drive efficiency: What consumers are not willing to pay more for, or what isn’t driving efficiency needs to be stripped out and diverted to fuelling our brands. We have a Design for Sustainable Value program you will lead.
• Own a governance and maintain flow of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with Heineken Hungária strategy

Requirements:
 

• University/college degree Marketing, Business Administration
• Experience in the development and management of business processes.
• Advanced Project Management experience.
• Proven success in building cross-functional relationships and collaborative working.
• Fluent English is essential; Hungarian is also required.
