In this role, you’ll analyze market trends, uncover pack and pricing opportunities within different tiers, evaluate promotions to ensure the most effective use of spend, and turn insights into actionable plans that deliver measurable impact. You will also be involved in creating Heineken Hungary's pricing strategy. You will be part of the RMG team within Sales, reporting to the Revenue Manager.


Your role responsibilities:

  • Conduct category and market trend analyses to uncover opportunities and anticipate performance gaps at category, brand, and pack levels
  • Provide input into annual strategy creation through analysis
  • Monitor the performance of RMG initiatives
  • Track performance against guidelines and generate insights for future planning
  • Update internal reporting tools
  • Maintain clean, accurate master data and perform integrity checks on pricing submissions.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing models
  • Identify opportunities for optimal pricing within tiers by analyzing Nielsen, customer, and internal data
  • Create and maintain price tracking for Heineken and competitor products
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimize promotional plans
  • Maintain the promo database and related tools
  • Maintain the leaflet (Focus Monitor) database and extract insights from it
  • Collaborate with data provider agencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field 
  • Minimum 2 years in insight / quantitative market research / pricing analytics / promo analytics / commercial finance / RGM role within FMCG
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills 
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills 
  • Thorough knowledge of Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Das System analytics 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Ability to work cross-function and influence without authority 
  • Ability to persuade stakeholders and drive alignment on category strategies by using data and insights
  • Fluency both in English and in Hungarian is a must
  • Driving license
