Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands. 

About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within the area of Commerce. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company in Budapest, Hungary.

• Rotation 1: Set off in the HEINEKEN operating company in Budapest, Hungary of application. Here, you’ll gain a solid foundation in your specific function and an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Continue in Budapest, Hungary with a cross-functional assignment, widening your perspective and understanding of different business areas and how they interconnect.
• Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment abroad, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Now you’ve got all the tools, it’s time for you to apply what you’ve learnt in a management position within your home operating company in Budapest, Hungary. Every day will bring a chance to continue with your growth and development.

About Commerce

During the assignment you will have the opportunity to explore commerce in a 360 view. In marketing you will deep dive in the wonderful world of brand management, from innovation planning, through events and communication development. In trade marketing you will learn how to translate brand strategies to excellent outlet execution. Finally in sales you will get the front-line experience with our customers in the journey of building the category and delivering an outstanding market performance.

Criteria & Conditions

• Education: A Bachelor's degree
• Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
• Languages: English language is essential.
• Fluency in Hungarian is required.
• Work Rights: The right to work in Hungary is essential.
• Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.

How to Apply & the Selection Process

1. Application Submission:
   1. Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from September 1st till 7th October.
2. Online Assessments:
   1. Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. We are planning this between 8th-18th October.
3. Interviews:
   1. Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around 28th October - 8th November.
4. Assessment Centre:
   1. Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for the week 18th November.
