Munkakör: Compensation and Benefit Manager

Your main tasks will be:
- Act as the expert on country / industry / local market rewards practices, understanding trends, competitor positioning & benchmarks
- Develop and implement reward strategy, Comp&Ben schemes and respective policies
- Manage payroll, social insurance services
- Lead the annual personal expenses and resource planning
- Manage HR controlling and prepare reports and analysis to support data driven business decisions
- Manage and execute local aspects of international mobility schemes
- Support HR Business partners in HR procedures, e.g. performance management, hires, promotions
- Manage and control HR information systems (i.e. CIL database, HR Dashboard, monthly review)
- Actively participate in local, regional or global projects
Requirements:
- University/college degree in HR/Economics
- 7+ years of experience in multinational working environment, with strong focus on compensation/payroll/HR controlling
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Nexon, PowerBI and knowledge of the Hungarian taxation is advantage
