HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is looking for a Communications Specialist, who is responsible for executing the internal communication strategy; and promoting the reputation and positive image of the company in and outside through stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing the visibility and awareness of the company’s internal initiatives, projects and communication activities
• Responsible for internal communication (sending announcements, posting on WorkPlace)
• Coordination of PR agency – tactical briefing and debriefing
• Organizing company events with coordination of agency, brief/debrief
• Support internal communication and employee engagement strategy in line with HR, contributing to employer branding projects
• Develop the visual identity of internal communications
• Manage external communication surfaces (corporate website, LinkedIn, Press email box)
• PO creation, administration
• Contributing to projects of all departments from communication point of view

Requirements

• University / College degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English, native hungarian and effective communication style in writing and oral
• Proactivity, team-player attitude
• Driving license
• Sociable, extrovert, energetic personality
• Ability to independent work and to take initiative
• Photo and video editing is an advatage
